Updating your details
Change your registration answers, fill in an invited ticket, or update your profile. Each ticket's answers are edited separately — your profile is a separate page that pre-fills future registrations.

There are three places where your details live: the answers tied to each individual ticket, the claim form for an invited ticket, and your profile. They are separate — editing one does not change the others.
Editing answers per ticket
Sign in to your attendee portal and open the event. Navigate to ?tab=answers — you can reach it from a link in your confirmation email checklist, or by adding ?tab=answers to the portal URL.
You will see a card for each ticket in your order, showing the ticket name and code. Each card has an editable form with your first name, last name, phone number, and any custom questions the organizer set up.
Make your changes and tap Save answers on the card you updated. Each ticket saves independently.
If the organizer did not collect any custom answers at registration, the tab shows an empty state message and there is nothing to edit.
Updating answers changes the details for that specific ticket only. To update your profile across events, use your profile page at /my/profile.
Claiming an invited ticket
When someone buys multiple tickets, they can invite others to claim their own spot. You receive an email with a claim link — it opens a public page with no sign-in required.
The claim form has your email address pre-filled and locked (it was set by the buyer). Fill in your first name and last name (required), your phone number (optional), and any custom questions the organizer requires. Submit to claim your ticket.
The claim link is single-use. Once submitted, your ticket is confirmed and the link will no longer work. If you need to update your answers after claiming, use the Answers tab in your attendee portal.
Your profile
Your profile lives at /my/profile and holds your name and contact details at an account level, separate from any single event.
Keeping your profile up to date is worth doing: the organizer uses it to pre-fill your name and contact information on future registration forms, so you spend less time retyping the same details.
Some organizers add extra sections to the profile page — for example, a bio, accessibility preferences, or organization details. If your organizer has not enabled the profile page, the link will return a 404. Your per-ticket answers are still fully editable from the Answers tab in that case.
