Signing in
Sign in to your attendee portal with a one-time code sent to your email or phone. Your sign-in is specific to each event organizer — signing in for one does not give you access to another.
Updated May 26, 2026
The attendee portal uses one-time codes — no password needed. Enter your email or phone and a six-digit code arrives within seconds. Your sign-in page is at the organizer's portal address, typically something like portal.example.com/portal/sign-in.
Sign in by email
Email sign-in is the default method and works for every attendee.
- Enter the email address you used when you registered.
- Click Email me a code.
- Check your inbox for a six-digit code and enter it on the next screen.
If you need a new code, wait 60 seconds for the resend button to become available.
Sign in by phone (only if you verified your phone before)
A Sign in by phone link appears beneath the email form. Switching to phone shows a country selector and a phone number field.
Phone sign-in only works if you verified your phone number during a previous registration with this same organizer. If you have never confirmed a phone number with them, use email instead.
- Select your country and enter your phone number.
- Click Text me a code.
- Enter the six-digit code from the text message.
Why your identity is per-organizer
Each organizer's portal has its own separate identity. Signing in with your email at one organizer's portal does not sign you in at another organizer's portal, even if you used the same email address to register for both.
When you register with an organizer, that organizer's portal creates an identity for you. The same email address used on a different organizer's portal is treated as a separate identity. Your tickets, files, and answers are always kept within the organizer they belong to.
If you visit a sign-in page and see a 404 error, the URL you have is not associated with any organizer. Check that you are using the link the organizer sent you.
What if your code doesn't arrive
A few things to check if your code hasn't arrived after a minute:
- Check your spam or junk folder. Transactional emails can land there depending on your email provider.
- Confirm you entered the same email address you used when you registered. If you used a work address to register, a personal address won't work.
- Wait 60 seconds and use the resend button to request a fresh code.
- If codes consistently don't arrive, contact the event organizer directly. They can look up your registration and help you regain access.
