Your portal

Your attendee portal is where you view tickets, check event schedules, respond to items on your checklist, and message the event organizer — all in one place.

Updated May 26, 2026

After registering for an event, you have an attendee portal where you can see your tickets, read announcements from the organizer, complete your checklist, and get in touch with support. You sign in with the same email address you used to register.

Where to find your tickets

Your main tickets page is at /my/tickets. It shows two tabs: Upcoming and Past. Each ticket card shows the event title, date, venue (or "Virtual event"), your name, a QR code, the ticket code, and the ticket type.

If you bookmarked /my/events, that link still works — it redirects to /my/tickets automatically.

Status chips on each card tell you where a ticket stands:

  • Checked in (green) — you have been checked in at the event
  • Transfer pending (amber) — you have initiated a transfer and it is awaiting acceptance
  • Action required (red) — a ticket in your order has not been claimed yet

If any tickets in your order are unclaimed, a banner at the top of the page reminds you. Tickets you have transferred out appear in a separate Transferred section below your active tickets.

Per-event portal

Clicking into an event opens a portal page at /my/events/[slug]. This page has a hero banner with the event name and date, then a set of tabs:

  • Overview — event description, recent announcements, your tickets for this event, any outgoing transfers, "Add to calendar", "Event page", and a "Coming up" summary card
  • Checklist — pending items: unclaimed tickets, RSVPs needed, intake files to upload, and attestations to complete
  • Schedule — the full event schedule; includes RSVP for sessions that require it
  • Announcements — published updates from your event organizer
  • Support — a messaging thread with the organizer

Per-ticket detail page

Each ticket has its own detail page at /my/events/[slug]/tickets/[code]. It shows a QR code for check-in, your ticket code, attendee details, status chips, any session assignments, and a checklist.

From the detail page you can:

  • Edit details — update the attendee name or answers on this ticket
  • Complete registration — claim an unclaimed ticket by filling in attendee details
  • Transfer — send the ticket to someone else
  • Cancel transfer — withdraw a pending transfer before it is accepted
  • Request refund — submit a refund request to the organizer

Once you are checked in, ticket actions like Transfer and Request refund are no longer available.

Checking the checklist

The Checklist tab collects every pending item for your registration into one place. Common items include:

  • Unclaimed tickets — tickets in your order that still need attendee details filled in
  • RSVPs — sessions that require you to confirm attendance
  • Intake files — documents the organizer has asked you to upload
  • Attestations — agreements or acknowledgements you need to confirm

The checklist clears as you complete each item. Check back here if the organizer sends a message asking you to take action.

Hidden tabs

Two tabs are not shown in the sidebar by default but are reachable from your checklist or by direct URL:

  • Your answers (?tab=answers) — edit your registration answers per ticket. Appears on your checklist when answers need updating.
  • Files — upload intake documents. This tab is only present when the organizer has configured an intake file requirement.
